Some people seem to be a bit confused on blood status, so we hope this will help guide those of you who are a little lost.
Full-Blooded - Your character comes from a long line of witches and wizards on both sides of his family. Your ancestry can be traced back as far as possible, and there will be a history of magical blood all the way through. Full-blooded wizard families are very rare.
Muggle-Born - Your characters ancestry is purely non-magical. You are the first witch or wizard in your family, aside from any siblings, cousins, etc. in your generation.
Half-Blood - If you have wizard blood AND muggle blood in you in any combination, you are a half-blood. If Mom and Dad are magical, and three of your grandparents are magical, but Dad's wizard father is married to a half-blood woman, her muggle blood runs through you and therefore, you are a half-blood. Half-bloods are the most common among us.
Magical Races - At the moment, magical races (elves, mermaids, sirens, etc.) are going to be extremely rare. There may eventually be an application process regarding these, but as of now, please submit human characters only.
