This is the only gym on the island. It requires membership, but the price is very low and the money goes towards maintenance of the equipment. The front of the building is floor to ceiling glass walls. The main aerobics room is located on the right and in the front. This is so passersby can view the class, which tends to draw them in and sign up. The reception area is small, but it's there for registration, a few offices, the juice bar, and a few chairs for seating. The walls are mostly covered in mirrors, but the ones that are not are painted in soft tropical shades. The carpet in the reception area stops just past the chairs and wood flooring begins.
This gym houses a large weight room, a bicycle room, aerobics and step classes, and various personal trainers. There is also two rooms that house all the equipment you might want that doesn't fit in with the rest of the rooms. In the back there is a sauna, showers and locker rooms, as well as a lap pool. The pool is not for play, just laps. The gym has a staff of massage therapists, that are some of the best in the world. Nearly all the island are members and they take pride in their health, this just is not for over-sized body builders.
