Our Luau feast is served buffet style, giving you a chance to sample many different local and traditional dishes.

Salad of Kaua’i Greens
Romaine and Kailani Farms greens tossed with cucumber and radish served with our signature papaya seed dressing and balsamic vinaigrette
Local-Style ‘Potato-Mac’
A Hawaiian backyard favorite. Macaroni-potato salad with baby peas and a creamy, zesty dressing
Lomi-Lomi Salmon and Tomato
Salted salmon, introduced to the Hawaiian people by Western sailors in the 19th century, folded with ripe tomato and maui onion. Lomilomi, ‘massage’, comes from the method with which the salad is gently tossed
Tomato-Tofu Salad
Locally-made tofu tossed with ripe tomato and farm-raised Ogo seaweed, seasoned with Hawaiian salt and fresh ginger
